St. Albans Attractions
There is plenty to explore around St. Albans, Vermont, including beautiful scenery and delicious local fare at the numerous restaurants in town. We are just 30 minutes from Burlington Vermont, one hour from Montreal, and even closer to the border towns of Quebec. Below is just a sampling of the places you can explore while here:
Hard’Ack – Recreation area with hiking, swimming and disc golf.

Taylor Park – Located in the center of Downtown St. Albans, enjoy a picnic or relax near the beautiful fountain.
Kill Kare State Park – Located on Lake Champlain, Kill Kare offers swimming and the Rocky Point House, a museum featuring lively and interesting displays recognizing the history of the site from the hotel era to present day.
St. Albans Bay Park – This 45 acre park offers a wide array of activities for all ages. The playground, softball fields, sand volleyball courts, basketball court and horseshoe pits offer an outlet for some healthy exercise. Plus there is a paved walking path and benches available for taking in the view.
