Welcome to Rail City Fan Fest!
Rail City Fan Fest, held in Saint Albans, Vermont, aims to bring all things pop culture to Vermont! Stop in for entertainment, shopping, trading, cosplaying, or just taking it all in! Fan Fest is an all ages event that will have something for everyone in the family. Show off your making skills in our first ever cosplay contest, watch on as giant robots battle it out, or learn Jedi skills in a lightsaber choreography class! Our goal is to entertain and make memories so please, join us and enjoy!

Vendor Registration
Show date/hours: Saturday June 24th – Sunday June 25th, 2023. 10am – 5pm
Booth Fee: A booth fee of $125 must be paid along with signing and submission of the vendor registration form. Checks can be made out to Rail City Fan Fest, or sent digitally via PayPal to paypal.me/railcityfanfest.
Vendor packet: Upon arrival each vendor will be given two vendor lanyards, table assignment, and one show map.
